
For 4-6 people,
- 150g sugar,
- 150g chocolate,
- 40g self raising flour,
- 3 eggs,
- 50g butter,
Cut the chocolate in small pieces and put them in a bowl with a teaspoon of water, melt in the microwave oven for 30sec,
make little dices and melt them in the hot chocolate,
in another large bowl, mix the eggs, the sugar and the flour,
then integrate the two mixes together and pour the resulting mix in a buttered mould.
Cook for 30mins at 190oC, check with a knife if the heart of the cake is well cooked and leave it longer if needed.
